Location: Lahore
Job Description:
The Employee Experience Associate plays a key role in talent acquisition for Supply Chain (L05 & below,) by managing sourcing, headhunting, and phone screening, while supporting gender diversity and talent pipeline development. The role ensures a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience, including organization announcements, induction, asset return, and final settlements. Additionally, it drives digitization through transaction records, reporting dashboards, and leads mandatory trainings for frontline employees. The role also provides logistical support for plant engagement initiatives like OHS, rewards, and recognition.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Fresh Graduate of Tier I university, preferred if candidate have experience of Canva/MS forms, Linkedin Recruiter
- Good customer interface and focusing on employee experience excellence
- Time management – ability to focus and get things done and know what is business critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
- Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent pools.
- Craft comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a sound understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements and talent gaps.
- Build positive relationships with sector stakeholders through transparent and proactive stakeholder management and engagement.
- Deliver the highest quality candidate experience by providing candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why PepsiCo is a leading “Employer of Choice”.
- Own the entire sourcing and screening process of active and passive talent utilizing a variety of channels and using diverse sourcing tools and techniques to identify talent, review resumes and validate prospects’ interest; and present qualified applicants to the hiring team.
- Following thorough screening efforts (verbal), submit shortlisted of candidates with qualitative comments for functional interviews, and understand post-interview decisions to inform ongoing sourcing efforts.
- Provide interview team members with appropriate context / notes to effectively interview, assess and deliver high quality Hiring Manager Experience.
- Ensure proactive, transparent & timely communication, regardless of the hiring outcome.
Employee Services
- Ensure that all new joiners are enrolled in PepsiCo systems like EC, SAP, Attendance Management System etc.
- Support Front line workers (450+ employees) for submission of online Provident Fund Applications and request for salary advance.
- Arrange and distribute the Health Insurance Card to each individual well on time.
- Verify and process the Health insurance claims, and getting the payment done from insurance companies to employees.
- Ensure that all employee have received the OHS survey and complete the survey well on time.
- Ensure that all the employees (offline population) have their PDR and they have received the salary change information.
- Developed and issue employment letters to employee for the purposes of Bank, Visa etc.
- Developed and issue experience letters to all employee who left the organization.
OD and TM Support
- Support the TM team to record all the trainings, participants, attendance and feedback in learning module.
- Support in arrange the training sessions for Frontline Population.
- Plan and deliver Code of conduct training for Front Line Population.
HR Ops and Service delivery
- Accountable for handling all accounts queries through the agreed SLAs and identified channels
- Work as an integral part in the BU HR Ops team projects deliverables
- Act as a focal point for the accounts HR operations deliverables
- Manage all the requested reporting repository for the accounts deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and digitization
