Position Title: HR Manager
Location: Lahore
Position Type: Full Time
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of HR experience in any industry
- Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- A people-first approach with problem-solving mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across all departments
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records
- Oversee performance management and staff development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
- Act as a trusted bridge between employees and management
